I am a master plumber in Texas with my own plumbing company that I started over 40 years ago. I recently did an addition on my ranch home and my tile guy accidentally poured Floor Float into my drain line for my new shower. I discovered the problem when the shower was completely finished. The trap was completely filled up to floor level with the concrete. We were able to use muriatic acid and a rock bar to clean out the front half of the Ptrap.. I spent two weeks using muriatic acid and another product to try to clear out the rest of the concrete without success. One of my plumbers found your product online and we ordered a gallon and received it 3 days later. The first 24 hours we put it down the drain and let it sit. We removed the product from the drain and ran a sewer auger and to our surprise we had removed another 2 inches of concrete. We then poured another dose of your product down the drain and let it sit for another 24 hours. When we removed the product and ran the auger again the auger broke through the remaining concrete and the line was clean. The guys ran my sewer camera down the shower line to confirm all the concrete was gone. Before using your product, I was going to have to jackhammer and dig down to replace the P-trap and pipe in my shower. My wife was very pleased that we didn’t have to do that to clear the drain on her brand new completely finished shower. I will be using your product for all future concrete issues we encounter in sewer lines. I will also recommend your product to all of my plumbing contractors that I know. It was the best $350.00 I’ve spent in a long time. Saved me lots of money and time on the finish out of our master suite. Thank you
