Sleeves are interchangeable between arms and legs. Your Freeze Sleeve should fit snugly around the treated area. Its compression is not intended for support, but to hold the sleeve in place providing mobile recovery. If you are in between sizes, it is recommended that you order the larger size to ensure adequate cold therapy with compression.
NOTE: Keep the packaging for use when freezing the sleeve.

Did hours of research looking for a long compress, a comfortable one, and one that is snug for my fractured humerus at my shoulder and bone fragment. I chose this one and received it yesterday (2/8/25). I love it. In fact, it works so well and is so comfortable that I use it 2x/day.
I pull up so it‘s from my elbow to my armpit for 20 mins. (while separately holding a smaller cold pak from my armpit to my shoulder), put it back in the freezer for 30 mins, then put it on from my elbow to wrist. I do have to pinch it with a clip at my wrist, though, to tighten it up.
Buying 2 of them would be a good idea to cover my arm from my wrist to my armpit at once. Too bad the company doesn't have a compress that is much longer.
I have very long, thin arms. Thus, ordered a Small.
